I request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price on any special order. You will always be able to see a photo of your bear through e-mail before sending the remaining balance. International shipping is by USPS air mail. Refund Policy: I will refund your money if the item is returned in its original condition to me within 5 days of receiving it.
